Jasmine

Jasmine has been advising global organisations on talent management and development for nearly two decades. She built deep expertise in assessing and coaching executives for pivotal business leadership roles. Besides experience as leadership advisor at Spencer Stuart, a top-tier executive search firm where she focused on executive assessment for succession, selection and development, Jasmine was general manager Benelux, France, Nordics at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL). CCL is a Financial Times top 10 ranked provider in executive education. She designed and rolled out global leadership development programs for successors to C-level roles, worked as leadership coach, was responsible for the commercial strategy, led an international team and managed a P&L of EUR 6.3 mn. Previously, as international consultant at a boutique search firm, Jasmine worked with clients across EMEA on global and regional roles in the life sciences, oil & chemicals, and environmental technology sectors. At a domestic appliances player, she worked on the transformation of the HR organisation in line with the Dave Ulrich model. Before entering the world of HR, Jasmine looked for outsourcing opportunities to India in life sciences (clinical, manufacturing, HR, IT). She started her career as foreign direct investment advisor to companies that wish to set up shop in Flanders. Jasmine holds a master degree in applied economics, international management from the Jesuit University of Antwerp. She achieved management programs at Harvard, Antwerp Management School and the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development. She is an ICF-accredited coach since 2014 and certified in various psychometric instruments and assessment tools, including adult stage development. Her clients include well-known brands in life sciences, FMCG, retail, industry and financial services as well as strategic consultants and digital disruptors.
