Sophie is an experienced HR and finance consultant with broad expertise in recruitment, talent management, payroll and financial processes. Since 2022, she has been supporting diverse organizations such as Cleanlease, Vanderplaetsen Construct, Marlex Advocaten and Vandelanotte as a freelancer. She is familiar with managing teams, setting up HR strategies and financial processes. In her previous roles as business unit manager at Smart Solutions and Conessence, she built in-depth experience in people management, commercial management and project coordination.
