❀️ Karen made an enthusiastic impression during our introduction. She is passionate about the human aspect of HR and really radiates this. The move to freelance was very conscious: she wanted to leave behind the hierarchical and regulated aspect of a permanent job and focus on her own talents. Her added value lies mainly in the "external" aspect, because this way she can say it straight out, without having to walk in a straightjacket or being afraid of stepping on a manager's toes. Karen is a lady with a vision and wants to share that vision with all kinds of companies!
