- During this period, I consciously took time for self-reflection and to re-find myself. I reflected on my personal values, goals and ambitions, and revised them to better align with who I am and where I want to go. This experience has helped me move forward with renewed energy and clarity, both personally and professionally.
Shana has over 7 years of experience as a freight forwarder alternating between sea and air freight. She knows the logistics process inside out and knows which (export) documents are needed per cargo.
She is the link between customer and company or intermediary, communicating smoothly for the state of affairs in order to get the goods delivered on time.
Shana started studying Bachelor Logistics Management but soon found herself in the work field through her student job. One thing led to another and today she supports companies as a freelance freight forwarder.
With a background in freight forwarding (sea freight export) and extensive experience in customer service, I am putting my expertise to work as a freelancer from 2025. My goal is to support companies with administrative tasks, logistics processes and customer communication, always delivering quality and efficiency.
