  • Payroll:ย Thanks to her five years of experience as Payroll Advisor at Acerta, she has an excellent knowledge of payroll calculation, specifically with the system Connect. During her time at Synergy in the staffing sector, she was responsible for forwarding the hours of temporary workers to the Social Secretary, giving her experience with various joint committees.
  • Recruitment: At Synergy, she focused primarily on recruiting worker profiles, such as horticultural workers, pickers but also cleaners, operators, and more.
  • Administration:ย In all of her positions, she has dealt with various administrative tasks, such as e-mail traffic, telephony, quotations, complaint handling and customer contact. She also manages the entire administration & marketing for her husband's personal training business. However, she says she has yet to experience accounting.
