I would like to introduce you to Jens from Mol, who has a bachelor's degree in IT and a master's degree in Commercial Sciences. In the beginning, Jens was not quite clear what direction he wanted to take, so he chose to quickly start working as a consultant in payroll. After four years of gaining valuable experience in project-based roles as business controller and finance controller, he decided to take the plunge into freelancing in 2017. Since then, Jens has been working independently as a business and finance controller.
