- As Talent Sourcing partner, I am always looking for the right candidates for our software delivery department and Information Technology Services (ITS) department. - I am responsible for the entire selection process of new employees. This means hunting and recruiting, preparing salary proposals and contracts, and onboarding. - Here I work closely with the hiring managers. - Employees also know how to find me as a point of contact or a listening ear for problems or questions. - Following this, I have also been assigned to develop strategies around retention management and the retention of our employees. - I also helped building a new business unit within Cipal Schaubroeck. This consisted of permanent hires for the software delivery department, as well as consultancy assignments where we recruit, coach and place consultants on interesting government assignments with our customers. - Together with a colleague, I founded our internal IT Academy where we facilitate training on technology, certifications, soft skills, hard skills. - I am also responsible for communicating with college professors for placement of interns within the software delivery department.

- I was responsible for setting up several campaigns to find new opportunities, assignments and collaborations in various IT domains including e-commerce, cloud & data solutions, mobile applications, document management systems, intranets, artificial intelligence solutions. - The goal of these campaigns was to generate as many quality leads as possible for the sales team. - I was given the opportunity to set up my own pod (department) which included recruitment, development and training. - I was also involved in setting up campaigns to recruit specific IT profiles such as Java and Python developers as well as other technical profiles to support our HR department. - I was also responsible for maintaining our relationships with our existing clients, mostly in the form of follow-ups and participating and organizing various events and webinars.
