For our client in the logistics sector, located in Eeklo, we are looking for a freelance Office & Communications Manager.
The client specializes in providing training, education and consulting for supply chain, warehouse organization, inventory management, production organization, transportation and distribution management.

- You have a smooth personality and strong communication skills
- You are strong in indoor administrative and commercial tasks
- You have at least 3 years of experience in similar position
- You are a team player
- You speak fluent Dutch, English and a good knowledge of French
- You are digitally inclined, social media & basic MS Office programs are not unknown to you
- You have a fluent pen
- You work in a structured and punctual manner
| Your duties:
- Monitor scheduling of training on a daily basis
- Maintain website management and social media page
- Maintain database of customers, prospects and contacts
- Building marketing and internal sales campaigns

- Participate in the development of E-learning concepts
