To further help realize this growth, we are pleased to expand the HR team with a Freelance HR Project Officer. As a Freelance HR Project Officer you will be responsible for implementing various HR projects within our company. To do so, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including HR colleagues, executives and external partners, to successfully implement and complete projects.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Development and follow-up of various HR projects including, among others, expansion of HR tool (Empleo) with new modules, development and implementation of Employer Branding Strategy, further development of the intranet,....
  • Monitor the progress of projects and take timely action to overcome any obstacles.
  • Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations and HR policies in all project activities. Evaluate project results and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • You are the backup for your HR colleague when she is on vacation.

This is the profile of the HR Project Officer we are looking for:

  • At least a bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience as an HR Project Officer is a must
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, both oral and written
  • Problem-solving ability and the ability to deal effectively with challenges and setbacks
  • Team player in a progressive group
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools is a plus

This is a long-term assignment of min. 1 year for 4 to 5 days per week.

There can be 1 day remote work at 4 days/week or 2 at 5 days/week.

They work with sliding hours.

Start date for this great project is August 5. Interviews for this assignment will continue before July 18 as the HR Manager will be leaving on leave and the choice must be made before then.

The HR team consists of the HR Manager and the HR Administrator.

There are 60 clerks and about 10 laborers. PC is 200 for clerks and 149.04 for laborers.

Parking is nearby and not paying.
