As Freelance Technical Helpdesk Assistant You are the first point of contact for customers and users. You handle incoming calls and help where you can with the questions and problems that come in. Thanks to your technical knowledge, you are able to solve many questions independently, and where necessary you call in the help of the developers. Your goal is to help customers quickly and effectively, always keeping an eye on their needs and experiences.

What will you do?

  • Telephone support: You will answer incoming calls from customers and users with technical questions or problems.
  • Troubleshooting: You analyze incoming questions and bugs and fix them yourself if possible. For more complex problems, you pass on the information to the developers.
  • Communication: You maintain clear and effective communication with both clients and the development team.
  • Documentation: You will accurately track what problems and questions come in and how they are resolved, contributing to our knowledge base.
  • Empathy and customer focus: You show understanding and empathy for the customer's situation and make them feel heard and helped.
