For a strong player region of West Flanders, we are looking for a Freelance Aadministrative Accounting Clerk.
Your duties:
- Entering bank statements and following up on payments.
- Creation and execution of payment orders, direct debit.
- Cash management, manage cash transactions of/different branches.
- Prepare VAT return and provide accounting information to external accounting firm.
- Prepare year-end closing and miscellaneous year-end entries.
- Declaration and follow-up of insurance files.
- Submit and follow up on work accidents and other claims.
- Management of grant applications SME portfolio.
- Entry of purchase and sales invoices in Dation-Exact.
- Accounts Receivable Management
- Personnel administration (MyLiantis, BookU, Dation).
- Follow-up of medical examinations driving school instructors.
- Manage personnel files on entering and leaving employment
- Stock management (orders printed matter, leaflets, printing paper)
- Administrative duties, such as calendar management, financial transactions and mail processing.
Details:
- Available full time
- Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. (division in shift system in consultation with other colleague in accounting) and occasionally on Saturday mornings on a rotating basis.
