Vacancy: Freelance Employee Order Entry
Responsibilities:
- Processing orders in the system.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders.
- Actively participate in thinking about simplifying and improving administrative processes.
- Support the team with general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
- You have a Bachelor work and thinking level.
- Minimum of 5 years work experience, preferably in the interior design industry.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Future-oriented thinking and proactive in improving processes.
- Technical feeling is a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
- Language proficiency in both Dutch and French.

- You ensure accuracy and guard the overview in your tasks.
