Are you a real all-rounder with experience in the real estate sector and looking for a new challenge? For a client in Merelbeke, we are looking for a freelance office manager to join the team. You will be the pivotal figure who manages everything from permanence and administration to communication and practical support.
| What does the position entail?
- Telephony and permanence: You are the first point of contact for customers.
- Back office support: You ensure that all practical matters within the office run smoothly.
- Marketing and Communications: You will maintain the social media channels (Facebook and Instagram) and occasionally edit flyers. You will also draft newsletters via Mailchimp, so good communication skills are important.
| Your profile:
- Language skills: In addition to Dutch, we expect a basic knowledge of French and English, as our clients are not always Dutch-speaking.
- IT skills: You work with Office 365 and preferably also have knowledge of AI tools for social media.
- Real Estate Knowledge: Experience in the real estate industry (sales and leasing) is a big plus.
- Flexibility: You are employable for 3/5th or 4/5th (negotiable).
- Efficiency and customer-friendliness: You work quickly and in a structured manner, always keeping the customer at the center of your concerns.
