For an international organization operating in the food sector, we are looking for a Senior freelance HR Director to lead the group's HR strategy and initiatives.
You are the strategic partner for both local HR teams and management and work closely with the board and shareholders.
Profile:
- At least 10 years of experience in an HR leadership position in a international environment
- Strong knowledge of international labour law
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Analytical, entrepreneurial and flexible; able to work under pressure
- Leadership qualities and a hands-on mentality
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
- Bachelor's or master's degree (e.g., business administration, psychology, communications, HRM) or equivalent experience in an HR role
Your Responsibilities
As HR Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the HR strategy and play a crucial role in strengthening the organization's human capital. Your main tasks include:
- Set up and implement recruitment and development activities for the group
- Leading and coaching the HR teams
- Develop company-wide HR policies and initiatives for employer branding
- Ensuring an efficient and market-based performance management system
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations.
- Support management with HR advice, guidance and decision making
