Our client is the specialist in track & trace systems for all your personnel, vehicles and machines.
In order to generate more sales, we are looking for a motivated freelance telesales employee. You will support the sales team consisting of the sales manager and 2 sales employees in generating new leads.
You will play a key role in building prospecting lists and making phone calls to schedule appointments for our sales staff.
Your duties as a freelance telesales associate:
- Creation and completion of prospecting lists based on predefined target groups. We work with Trendstop but also increasingly with AI and Chat GPT. You also take the initiative in this yourself.
- Actively perform cold calling and telephone approaches to potential customers.
- Scheduling appointments in the calendars of our sales staff.
- Report progress and results to management.
What we are looking for:
- Experience prospecting and cold calling B2B (preferably larger companies).
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Independence and a proactive work ethic.
- Availability to work on site in Kontich (2 days per week).
- You speak very good Dutch - knowledge of French is a big plus for Brussels clients/companies.
This is an assignment of 5 months per year, (Feb-March-April + Sept-Oct), 16h per week (fixed timing to be agreed upon - e.g. 2 days per week) and in the office.
