Freelance Account Manager

For a strong agency region of West Flanders, we are looking for a Freelance Account Manager.

As a Freelance Account Manager, you make sure the client feels taken care of every time. No one knows the client as well as you do! You determine with your client the objectives of the advertising or sales campaign

Your duties:

• Starting from the strategic framework and commercial plan, you draw up a tactical annual plan for all your clients' marketing activities. 
• You can incorporate the concept and message of a campaign into a creative brief yourself, in line with the outlined communication strategy. 
• You easily manage a team of art directors, content creators and digital marketers. Clear briefings are key here. 
• French and English is not a problem for you. 
• You develop (online and offline) strategies and annual plans for your clients and coordinate projects from a to z. 
• Online is an important aspect of your job. Websites, web shops, SEO, SEA, Analytics, Facebook, Linkedin ... You have a broad online knowledge and know perfectly how to help your clients with it. 
• You will be responsible for managing and building long-term relationships with your client portfolio. You are responsible for upselling to your existing customers, but you do not have to actively prospect.

Your profile:

• You know perfectly well what your clients need, what they are going to like, and are responsible for the results yourself. 
• You manage a team of creatives, monitor their work, make good appointments and ensure that all timings are respected. You are responsible for the helicopter view and make sure your projects stay within budget, deadline and scope. 
• You work with joy and passion, every situation you solve with a smile. 
• At least 4 years of relevant work experience in advertising or marketing is a must.
