Our client, an insurance company in the heart of Brussels, is looking for a proactive PA to support the CEO, CFO and COO of a dynamic organization.
About the position
In this freelance role as Personal Assistant, you will be the lynchpin in the daily operations of the board. You will support the top of the organization with various administrative and organizational tasks:
- Agenda Management: planning and organizing appointments and meetings.
- Email management: you handle incoming and outgoing emails professionally and efficiently.
- Telephone contact: you are the first point of contact for telephone communication.
- Minutes: during meetings, you take notes and prepare accurate reports.
- Ad-hoc support: you are ready to take on various operational and administrative tasks.
Profile
- MultilingualYou are fluent in Dutch, French and English.
- Full-time availability: you will be employed full time starting February 1 for a period of 2 to 3 months.
- Flexibility: willing to work 3 days physically at the office in Brussels (near Brussels North) and 2 days from home.
- Reliability: you can handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience: You have a proven track record in a similar position and work independently and accurately.
