Our client has as many as 130 temporary employees working through them.
They also work with about 40 enthusiastic employees at the headquarters.
We are looking for a freelance payroller.
You will be the point of contact for all external payroll administration. In other words, you will be in daily contact with our clients, internal employees and temporary workers to exchange information. You will request the right documents and ensure correct follow-up.
You take an active role in the management and follow-up of personnel administration and ensure the handling of social documents. To this end, you will be in contact with the social secretariat and the mutualities.
Your duties:
- processing agency contracts: indicate dimona, check possible bonuses, commuting, CLA bonus or not? It concerns 90% clerks and 10% speciallekes
- Payroll processing of the 40 permanent employees
- renewing contracts of agency employees
Group S and the BOA program will be used but knowledge is not required.
This is an assignment for 2 to 3 days a week (Monday, Tuesday and Thursday) and you will work in the office. You will join a team of 2 other colleagues and of course you will continue to be surrounded by the whole group. Start-up is foreseen for mid or late March.
A rate of up to 500 euros per day is provided for this assignment.
