For our client, a leading company within infrastructure technologies, we are looking for a Freelance Instructor-Coordinator who will help build a strong training policy as the right hand of the L&D manager.
Your role:
As a Freelance Instructor-Coordinator, you are a real pivotal figure in the training center. You combine didactic knowledge with organizational talent and make sure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:
- Development and updating of course materials and manuals.
- Coordinate, supervise and direct internal and external instructors.
- Help devise customized training programs for technicians and workers.
- Organizing training: from reserving classrooms to providing materials.
- Follow up on schedules and attendance.
- Help monitor the quality of training programs.
- Work closely with the L&D manager and other internal stakeholders.
Your profile:
- You have experience in preparing teaching materials and/or delivering training.
- You are organizationally strong and know how to manage people in a positive way.
- You communicate fluently and know how to turn theory into practical insights.
- You can work independently, but also function well in a team.
- Knowledge of engineering or infrastructure is a must.
You are flexible and willing to be present at both locations (Deerlijk and Boom) as needed.
