For an international company, we are looking for a Freelance Administrative Commercial Clerk.
You are responsible for:
- Mapping, analyzing and improving internal business processes.
- Creating tools and documentation to streamline daily operations.
- Provide support in logistical and administrative coordination with the French office.
- Contribute to inside sales activities such as, for example: preparing quotes, following up on orders, updating customer data,...
- Providing your own ideas on how our client can work smarter and more efficiently.
Your profile:
- You enjoy problem-solving and like to look for ways to improve things.
- You are proactive, curious and enthusiastic to work in an international environment.
- Strong communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge of French or Dutch is a plus.
- You are available from June 2 until the end of August. You have not yet scheduled leave for the months of July and August.
