A specialized tank transport company in rapid growth is looking for a freelance HR Officer To join the HR team on a temporary basis. You will have a wide range of tasks and work in an open, family-oriented company with firm ambitions and clear values.
What you do
- First point of contact for employees and managers for HR-related questions
- Managing intake & onboarding of new employees
- Support for absences, social documents, contracts
- Preparation of payroll processing (i.c.w. social secretariat)
- Help shape and follow up on internal communications
- Support with employer branding and retention initiatives
- Report to and collaborate with the internal HR manager
Who you are
- Freelance HR Officer with experience in an SME context (transportation/logistics is a plus)
- Familiar with Belgian social legislation
- Discreet, reliable and practical
- You work in a structured, accurate and independent manner
- You communicate fluently - with workers, employees and managers
- You will fit into an informal, no-nonsense culture with short lines of communication
