For a discreet consulting firm in the financial sector, we are looking for temporary reinforcement to replace the marketing manager (maternity leave). You will work supportively at the marketing and communication level and help keep everything running.
What you will do
- Social media posts (LinkedIn, Instagram): text + visual (via InDesign)
- Formatting blog posts: layout, visuals, call-to-actions
- Quarterly updates funds formatting (InDesign, data provided)
- Add content to website (no technical knowledge required)
- Practical communication around small events (mailings, timings, follow-up)
- Input data for simple marketing reporting (Excel)
- Contact with colleagues: follow up on input, monitor deadlines
What we are looking for
- You smoothly made your way into Adobe InDesign and MS Office (especially PowerPoint)
- You work careful and structured, keeps an overview
- You are fluent in communication and not afraid to prod colleagues
- You are Available in the office 2 days a week in Zele region (preferably Mon-Di-Woe)
