Freelance Inside sales associate

Our client is looking for support in the commercial department with a freelance inside sales associate.

Your duties:

• handle orders
• Preparation of quotations together with the account manager
• follow up on orders/deliveries
• customer contact
• process complaints
• Provide administrative support to the account manager
• Providing commercial and technical advice
• contact with other services for optimal customer service
• keeping customer records up to date
• contact with suppliers regarding price requests and purchase orders

Your profile:

• You have experience as an inside sales associate or commercial clerk
• If you have worked in a technical environment then this is a big plus
• In terms of languages, you speak Dutch very well and you can get by in French and English
• They work with their own ERP system - you will quickly make this your own (they are in the process of implementing MS 365)
• Customer service is extremely important to you and you enjoy customer contact
• You are commercially minded
• technicality you find interesting
• you have a young spirit and are a spring in your step

This is a 4/5th or full-time assignment for +- 6 months.

Work is done in the office because everyone there just really enjoys coming to the office.

You will join a dynamic team of 5 colleagues.

The atmosphere is familial, a chat left and right, a French fry on Friday afternoon and, above all, hard and fun work.

Work hours are from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and on Fridays until 4 p.m.

The company does not close collectively and no bridge days are taken.

Of course, you are free to take your own day off.
