Freelance Production Planner

For a strong player in the West Flanders region, we are looking for a Freelance Production Coordinator.

As a Freelance Production Coordinator, you will be the driving force behind the team of about 40 workers.

Your duties:

• Together with your team, you work hard every day to meet their customers' expectations.
• You will lead a team of workers, motivating, guiding and supporting them to achieve optimal performance.
• You will be responsible for planning work schedules, assigning tasks and resolving any problems that may arise.
• Daily coordination with the production planner is essential for smooth operations.
• You are a bridge builder between planning and execution. You personally see to it that everything runs smoothly. You maintain an overview of the entire production process.
• In collaboration with the quality manager, you will ensure that products meet the highest standards and specifications.
• You will be in close contact with inside sales and logistics to ensure all orders go out the door in a timely manner.
• Customer satisfaction is paramount. You are the key to smooth handling.
• Together with external technicians, you are responsible for monitoring, directing and securing machine maintenance, machine improvement and process optimization.

Your profile:

• You have experience as a Production Manager/Coordinator.
• You are hands-on, proactive and have strong logical thinking skills.
