GIGHOUSE is a digital matching platform between companies and freelancers specialized in Human Resources, Digital & Design, Marketing & Communications, Administration, Finance and IT. We want to offer companies the entrepreneurship, expertise and flexibility of professional experts in a user-friendly and fast way by guaranteeing fast matching, qualitative screening and administrative relief at a fair broker fee. We want to offer our freelancers a home where they receive new opportunities free of charge, quickly and easily through a user-friendly mobile application that completely unburdens them in terms of administration. To further grow and promote our platform and to connect clients (SME' and GO'n) as much as possible to our platform, we are looking for an enthusiastic Matchmaker who wants to join us. You will be working in a no-nonsense environment where team spirit is key and where a healthy dose of fun@work is present!
What you do as a recruiter
- The complete onboarding process of our freelancers:
- Incoming registrations you follow up closely
- You will make a good schedule to personally screen all freelancers by phone or video call
- After this intake, you meticulously complete everything in our CRM package
- You take professional references
- If necessary you take short tests ifv the predefined functions of the freelancer
- Also self-directed search for freelancers to add to our database and onboard according to the above process
- Active prospecting from the freelancer to detect commercial opportunities with potential clients
- Making sure you know your candidates inside out to achieve a successful match
- Matching candidates with assignments and doing so not only on expertise, but also on cultural and personal fit; and good knowledge of the client is therefore essential
- Work closely with the account manager to gain knowledge about the client and assignment itself
- Actively monitor performances and make adjustments as needed
- Following up freelancers through their journey to an assignment with our clients
- Close follow-up and accurate, meticulous administration in our CRM package
