Scope: full P&L, main focus operations of 6 factories: 4 laminate factories in Belgium, Russia & Brasil + 2 parquet factories in Romania & Malaysia. Scope: full P&L responsibility, with main focus on operations of 4 laminate factories in Belgium, Russia & Brasil. Net sales 610 mio EUR, team 931 people. - Apr2017 – Dec2019: GM Commercial Operations - Asia North (Bekaert) Responsible for sales of Rubber Reinforcement products in region Asia North, for international customers with HQ outside of China, including Bridgestone, Michelin, Goodyear, Continental, Pirelli). Responsible for global account management and strategy for customers with HQ in Asia North (Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Singapore). Responsible for sales revenue of 215 mio EUR. - Jul2015 – Mar2017: Vice President Technology (Bekaert) CTO globally responsible for technology portfolio of business unit Rubber Reinforcement, producing more than 1 mio Tons steel tire cord in 24 plants with 10.000+ employees, and sales revenue of ca 1.6 bio EUR.
