I am a multifunctional centipede who is fully committed to the growth of the company. A company can never grow without the right people. People are the heart of the company in which we must invest. Each person must be given the space to grow, to develop and to make optimal use of his competences. These things are within my ambitions. Sometimes this requires a major change.
