Our client, an international provider in the field of Quality of Life services, is looking for a freelance HR Business Partner !
Your mission?
You will integrate a team of 5 people, reporting directly to the HR Director, and will be responsible to translate business needs into HR actions and HR processes into added-value insights for the business (you support the half of the Belgian departments: Sales, Customer Experience, Marketing and Communication, Finance and the team in Luxembourg).
As we currently have a vacant position in the team, we offer a challenge for 3 months, to start with. But it could be that other opportunities will arise during the course of the mission.
Your main duties?
You are the trusted partner of your departments.
· You accompany the business in their organisational design, so their structure fits best their ambitions.
· You lead the workforce planning exercise (what profile is needed, when, in what team).
· You analyse the wellbeing indicators and discuss them with the management (absenteeism, employee engagement scores, …)
· You support the deployment of the Talent Management exercise and identify learning needs.
· You prepare the contracts and the administration for the new joiners, the internal mobilities, the promotions, …
· You contribute to HR projects, like a new onboarding traject, the implementation of an HRIS, the creation of learning profiles to enhance the professional development of the colleagues, …
Your Profile?
· You demonstrate 3 to 5 years of experience in HR generalist role (HRBP, HR Advisor, HR Officer, …)
· You love HR for the sake of the business, to bring them value
· You hold a degree in Human Resources
· You have a good level of written and spoken French, Dutch and English
· You are proactive, resourceful and bring each process to a close in a timely manner
· You bring structure to the processes, to make your own life easier and the selection journey consistent
· You price highly the customer experience of your stakeholders, in the first place the managers and the directors, but also the employees
· You are at ease with technology, especially the MS Office suite (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
