Vicky started her career in 2014 in the staffing industry as a consultant. In this role, she combined sourcing with administrative support. Over the years, she has specialized mainly in recruitment, also performing some side tasks around the optimization and integration of HR processes.

Since October 2021, Vicky has worked as a freelancer, focusing on recruitment assignments where she can really add value. For the future, she aspires to a broader, more generalist HR role.

Her current assignment as HR officer is coming to an end, which means she will be available soon. She is looking for a new challenge, preferably in payroll, to further expand her knowledge in this area. This dovetails perfectly with her ambition to perform a more all-round HR function later on.
