Today there are 3 people working on the payroll but they are quite junior and still a bit uncertain in their roles.

So the payrolling is laborious and according to the rules of 2 seasoned ex-staffers.

We are looking for a freelance payroll team lead/payroll expert who will not do executive payroll but will bring structure to the team and payroll.

Current payroll administration is fairly complex and some systems and flows do not run well.

It's up to you to investigate and improve it.

What if a colleague drops out tomorrow - how can this be accommodated?

Acerta, Toba and Afas are being used. Afas is going out in the fall. Knowledge of these tools is not a must.

This organization employs 450 people.

You will report to the HR manager.
