Profile Description:
As a Cross 3 Implementation Support Agent, your primary responsibility will be to guide end-users through the system, leveraging your expertise in both CROSS 3 and Venice tools, coupled with a deep understanding of accounting principles.
Your background in the automotive industry as an accountant will be a significant advantage, expediting your learning curve.
Key Requirements:
- Solid grasp of general accounting and analytical accounting principles, including VAT regulations.
- Prior experience in the automotive sector as an accountant is highly desirable.
- Resilience and emotional intelligence are essential to provide support during high-stress periods.
- Exceptional social and communication skills are crucial for effectively comforting end-users and addressing their queries.
- Ability to work semi-autonomously and self-organize within small groups.
- Fluency in Dutch, French, and English is mandatory.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the frontline support for end-users at dealership sites, offering guidance, gathering feedback, and providing emotional support.
- Ensure efficient and pleasant implementation of CROSS 3 by comforting end-users and addressing their questions effectively.
- Work closely with small groups at dealership sites, demonstrating maturity and autonomy in problem-solving.
- Utilize your expertise in accounting and VAT rules to assist end-users in navigating the system seamlessly.
