Darifa is currently working via GIGHOUSE as a payroll expert at Partena where she is responsible for the entire payroll of Total Energie.

Her assignment runs until the end of April 2024.

 

Darifa has no less than 22 years of experience within HR Administration. She started as a payroll clerk and worked her way up to Payroll Expert or rather HR Specialist.

She not only handles payroll administration but is also strong in implementation HR procedures within hard HR, answering all kinds of questions from staff, figuring out challenges.

Job Content:

 

  • Process payroll and payroll administration from indent to exit.
    • Point of contact for employee questions related to career/wage/file
    • Preparation of various reports relating to personnel management: personnel costs, sickness percentage, contract mix, budget hours
    • Optimizing processes related to human resources and payroll
    • Participate in various HR projects such as: reintegration policy, mutations, mediation in internal conflicts
    • Responsible to handle all HR questions (point of contact for employees and managers) and issues ( follow up on long absences, improve working relationships,...)
    • Drafting employment contracts, on boarding new employees, applying for grants

 

Sector: For Darifa, the sector doesn't matter - HR is her passion AND specialty and she can do so much more than just payroll administration.
