MB Accountancy Firm, where I worked as a junior file manager, where I mainly did the input of purchase and sales invoices and the processing of coda files. Also preparations for year-end closing. Office Van Belleghem (on a freelance basis). Worked as junior file manager of about 35 files. Mainly one-man businesses. From bookings to the preparation of year-end closings. For the family business I also work as a freelancer, +/- 1 day/week. Processing the accounting of our family business (brother & cousin). General filing of SME. We have chosen with the company to outsource our bookkeeping to an external bookkeeper but we still have access to our file which is processed in Yuki and where we still have weekly communication which I take care of, including preparation of payment lists and insertion of missing pieces. I can handle : Word, Excel , Outlook, Publisher, Social media - Digital platforms o Billit o Bill to Box o Teamleader - Accounting programs : Yuki, Expert M , Adsolut , Odoo - I speak and write fluently Dutch, good knowledge of English, German and French - I have my own car with driving license B
