Freelance File Administrator

For a tax agency in Roeselare, we are looking for an accountant.

As an accountant, you are the confidant of managers of small and medium-sized companies. As a professional interlocutor, you assist clients in their accounting, tax, legal and financial policies.

As a file manager, you will be responsible for the accounting and tax management of both corporate and sole proprietorship files. You think along with the client, propose creative solutions and eventually become their point of contact.

Profile

• You hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in an accounting discipline
• You have a broad knowledge of accounting and taxation and are driven to keep this knowledge up-to-date.
• You possess a healthy dose of team spirit and are motivated to meet the set deadlines together with your colleagues.
• You show initiative and wish to participate constructively in the growth of the office.
• You are a communicative and customer-oriented person.

Your work domain:

• Elaboration from A to Z of internally maintained accounting records
• Audit and guidance in externally maintained accounting records
• Direct guidance and direction to clients in all kinds of accounting, tax and administrative tasks
• Preparation of various tax returns (VAT, corporate tax, personal tax, etc.)
• Preparation of interim reports as well as their analysis, determination of advance payments and possible optimizations
• Preparation of year-end financial statements for corporations, profit calculations for sole proprietorships
• Assistance in various studies: incorporation of companies, preparation of financing proposals, real estate transactions, guidance on acquisitions, mergers and demergers, ...
