Freelance Administrative Accounting Clerk

For our client, (does packaging) we are looking for an experienced Bookkeeper (A to Y). You will be responsible for the accounting of different entities, working with your colleagues and the management. Of course, you will first be introduced to the company.


Duties:

  • You will be responsible for purchase and sales invoicing.
  • You will be responsible for entering invoices and tracking payments
  • You will prepare and execute payroll processing.
  • You have knowledge of social legislation
  • You will book and process various financial transactions.
  • You will ensure the preparation and filing of VAT returns.
  • You take care of the preparation of financial statements.
  • You will report to management.
  • All-around administrative duties.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor's degree within accounting or have equivalent experience through relevant work period at an accounting firm.
  • Knowledge of VAT and social legislation for payroll administration
  • You speak and write fluent Dutch and English.
  • You have a good knowledge of MS Office, Exact Online
  • You are flexible, can prioritize well and are a true team player
  • You will join the admin team of 4 employees
