Freelance Marketing Coordinator

Our client is an agency that focuses specifically on real estate / project development.

They are looking for a freelance marketing coordinator to work with an end client.

Main note is from marketing to generate more leads.

You will work in a coordinating role, directing other parties but equally cooperating operationally.

Your duties as freelance marketing coordinator:

• supervision of project marketing
• supervision of (corporate) communications
• CRM integration
• social media management
• coordination of performance marketing according to the commercial plan
• formatting content planning
• organization and coordination of events
• coordination and monitoring of external partners
• Working out concepts, segments and projects according to the commercial plan
• Set up media planning to generate more leads

Your profile as a freelance marketing coordinator:

• Experience with lead generation is a must
• you have very good knowledge of NL and FR
• You have experience in coordinating a marketing team but equally collaborate operationally
• You are a go-getter, get the job done, can put people in motion
• you have an analytical mind
• You are asap FT or 4/5th available
• you work 2 days from the office in Kontich
• You have experience within real estate/project development/similar industry (this is important to get into the mindset)

This is a min. 2-3 month assignment that can be extended depending on the market.
