Our client is an insurance broker urgently seeking 1 to 2 freelance claims managers.
Full-time is certainly allowed, but if you are also available part-time (read "every day" - morning or afternoon) you are also more than welcome.
As a senior claims manager, you will be responsible for providing impeccable insurance service.
Follow up claims proactively? Advise customers quickly and efficiently? No problem. You switch smoothly between different cases and know the current insurance packages inside out. Know-how from which starters can learn a lot! You will be happy to become an experienced mentor for junior claims managers.
What are your strengths as a senior freelance claims manager?
- You have at least 5 years of claims management experience with an insurance broker. The ideal stable base to work independently and take initiative.
- You are flexible and adapt easily. A change in schedule? Stress doesn't get you down!
- Customer is king. Your positive, helpful approach is the foundation of your customer relationships.
- Bilingualism is a plus! Knowledge of French is a definite plus.
- You are willing to work every day, does not have to be a full day, half days are also definitely good.

- Intervention in theft | You appoint experts to estimate damages and losses, from vehicles to art collections.
- Intervention in natural disasters | Determining liabilities, investigating the reason, cause and circumstances of the accident, ... You take a reasoned approach.
- Intervention in fire | As a claims manager, you check the guarantees and coverages of the insurance contract. Estimating damage and gathering evidence? You do it with ease.
- Intervention in work or traffic accidents | You make a compensation proposal and follow up each case from A to Z.
