Key Responsibilities:
- Manage projects from inception to completion, overseeing business case development, resource forecasting, budget management, and project planning.
- Deliver innovative solutions that streamline operations and enhance business value, while ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Provide regular, comprehensive reporting to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead a diverse project team comprising internal and external collaborators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Establish and manage relationships with partner organizations, ensuring delivery performance meets expectations.
- Cultivate strong stakeholder and third-party relationships, maintaining effective communication and alignment.
- Actively contribute to the Project Management Community, sharing insights and best practices.
Minimum Requirements:
- Fluent in English, French, and Dutch.
- 7 to 10 years of IT experience in the (nuclear) energy sector.
- 5 years of project management experience, with a focus on Identity and Access Management.
- Proficiency in project management methods, practices, and tools.
- Experience in budget preparation, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Familiarity with information systems and technologies within the ENGIE Group and BU Nuclear Belgium.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, Active Directory, and Access Management.
- Proficiency in MS Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and Power BI.
- Experience within BU Nuclear is advantageous.
- Security clearance level Secret or ability to obtain it promptly.
- Flexible work arrangement: 2 to 3 days remote work, with travel required to Huy and Brussels.
