Freelance Internal Sales

For a strong SME in the Harelbeke area, we are looking for a Freelance Commercial Inside Sales Representative.

Your duties:

• As an inside sales representative, you will take care of the administrative follow-up of orders from A to Z. 
• You will prepare quotations, prepare orders and enter them correctly according to the internal system.
• You will be responsible for invoicing and also follow up on shipments and returns. 
• You will ensure proper follow-up with your customers and assist them with all their questions and problems. 
• You will also be responsible for various sales support tasks: showroom display, welcoming customers, ... 
• Translate technical sheets: get sheets from suppliers and these sheets need to be translated into Dutch.

Profile:

• Multilingual: English, French, Dutch = writing and speaking
• Strong in prioritization and communication

Expectations:

• Full-time (38h/week) min. 4 days per week (day off on Friday)
• Fixed hours: Mon-Don: 8am-12pm and 1pm-17pm and Fri: 8am-16pm
