Freelance Commercial inside sales

For a strong SME in the Harelbeke area, we are looking for a Freelance Commercial Inside Sales Representative.

Your duties:

• As an inside sales representative, you will take care of the administrative follow-up of orders from A to Z. 
• Je maakt offertes op, bereidt de orders voor en voert deze correct in volgens het intern systeem.
• You will be responsible for invoicing and also follow up on shipments and returns. 
• You will ensure proper follow-up with your customers and assist them with all their questions and problems. 
• You will also be responsible for various sales support tasks: showroom display, welcoming customers, ... 
• Designing models for promo, product sheets,...
• Translate technical sheets: get sheets from suppliers and these sheets need to be translated into Dutch.
• Updating product range + adjusting rates

Profile:

• Multilingual: English, French, Dutch = writing and speaking
• InDesign en Photoshop kennis is een plus, open staan om het te leren is ook oké
• Strong in prioritization and communication

Expectations:

• Full-time (38h/week) min. 4 days per week
• Fixed hours: 8am-12pm and 1pm-17pm
• Instant startup
• Temporary assignment
• Working in the office
