Our client is an accounting firm located on an excellent connection between the E19 and A12 in Reet.
They are looking for a motivated freelance file clerk with experience.
Duties:
- Follow-up of individual files SME + sole proprietorships with the necessary guidance
- Preparation of balance sheets , final and interim
- Preparation of VAT return + ICO statements and VAT listings
- Personal and corporate income tax returns and attachments
- Handle request for information, notice of changes possibly.
- Preparation of income sheets + BV declaration
- Use of Tax on Web, Rv on Web, Intervat, Belcotax, bizztax,...
- (partially) Entering purchase invoices, sales invoices and Bank statements
- Database and tax programs (oa sofisk)
Happy to work FT but 4/5th can also. Office work is requested.
Requested profile:
- You preferably have 1 to 5 years (or more) experience in an accounting or auditing firm.
- You manage employees and assist them in file management
- You assist in customer management
- You have experience in preparation and preparation of balance sheets, accounting and taxation
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and word, fluent PC usage, windows
- You have knowledge of an accounting program expert M plus & Yuki
- You preferably have knowledge of the program Adminis (tool program)
- Knowledge of English is a plus but not necessary
- You are flexible during busy periods
- You have experience as a file clerk in an accounting firm
